 § Storage - Emergency storage and reserves (drought, embargo, supply problems)
 § Freshwater - Require Ethanol plants to use city treatment water, desalinated sea water
 § Lakes - Release water only as a normal flow (never more because more is coming in)
 § Recycle Metals - Ten times more energy to produce Aluminum from raw than from recycling
 § Forestland - Forests are precious yet loss to fire is wasteful (harvest before forecasted dry)
 § Recycle Trash - Require (assist in transport) large cities to recycle metals, plastics, paper
 § MPG - Miles per gallon increase on gasoline (old engine design)
