Meanings of words change, but the Constitution meaning should change Constitutionally by Amendments
Keep the oath of office... Thus a list of needed amendments to the United States Constitution

| § | Alliances | - Oppose Governor, AG & SOS organizations - Article I Section 10 |
| § | Air Force | - Amendment adding the Air Force (currently only the Navy and Land Forces) |
| § | Lockouts | - Landowners must be allowed access to their property |
| § | Urban I | - Protect active farms & ranches from urbanization (incorporation with landowner approval) |
| § | Urban II | - Federal approval for state or city land seizure (minimum use period - 50 years) |
| § | Urban III | - Restrict property taxes for they deny one's right to property (poor) |
| § | Department | - Department of Compliance to check state and local laws for Constitutional compliance |
| § | Definitions | - Require meanings to words used at time of passage (e.g. religion, slavery) |
| § | Inflation | - Adjust all fees yearly to inflation (such as in Reagan years tax reform) |
| § | Amend. XIII | - Oppose low wages (slavery defined) or allow Voluntary slavery (room, board, cloths, ...) |
| § | Judges | - Require family; at least once one child over 16 |
| § | Jurors | - At least half of the jurors must have family with once children over 16 |
| § | Limit Orders | - Life of Judicial orders 2 years, Presidential 2 years after leaving (until Congress law) |

| § | Peace | - Right to peace from loud speakers, outdoor phone rings, trains (domestic Tranquility) |
| § | Reservations | - Welcome Americans! - Terminate Indian territory to standard laws (no exemptions to laws) |
| § | Anarchy | - Prohibit nongovernmental enforcement, support, service or collections |
| § | Patents | - Technology needs allow for mass cheap pricing or fair pricing |
| § | Education | - Standards for domestic tranquility (truthful such as first day of the week, Sunday) |
| § | Expand ED | - Eminent Domain (Urban II) expand to engulf patents, copyrights, trademarks, web sites |
